We are commited to providing extremely high standards of care. The nursery is owned by professionals who have children of their own and therefore understand the demands of modern life. Their professions are teaching and human resources and therefore have the balance of understanding the needs of both children and staff. This expertise enriches the nursery with the most up to date teaching and care provision, whilst at the same time also taking care of staff.

Our nursery manager is N.N.E.B qualified and is experienced in providing quality childcare. All staff are enrolled on continuous training provision and hold appropriate childcare qualifications, Level 2,3,4&5 throughout the setting. We have two deputies who hold level 3 qualifications. One of our Deputy Managers is currently training for their degree in childcare in anticipation for future requirements. One of our owners is an experienced teacher who assists and over sees planning from babies through to preschool. We have already implemented the new statutory EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) planning and evaluation. All staff are CRB checked with us and are trained in Food Hygiene, First Aid and Health & Safety. We have a training schedule in place and consider this a high priority to maintain excellent standards in childcare.
